What: OBXForeclosures.info is a web site designed to provide up to date information on the foreclosure market on the Outer Banks of North Carolina.
When: OBXForeclosures.info was developed in the Fall of 2007 and is focused on the current foreclosure market. While our main focus will be the current state, over time the archives should provide a historical perspective on the state of foreclosures on the Outer Banks.
Where: At this time we are focusing on properties located in Dare and Currituck Counties (Carova to Hatteras).
Why: We felt it was important to provide accurate and timely information about the foreclosure market on the Outer Banks.
